ithin 15 days from the day you received your order and we will gladly issue you a Return Authorization # as well as provide you with the proper return shipping address.  Unfortunately, most special order items & electrical parts are not returnable.  To verify that your product is returnable, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.  Please return products with all original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.  For your protection, we recommend shipping all merchandise via a traceable method and please consider insuring your shipment as we are not responsible lost or damaged merchandise.  Returns are subject to a  20% restock fee as well as all shipping charges.
 

Merchandise Damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, indicate so, when you sign for the shipment then contact Oliver's Outlet so we can resolve the issue promptly. 
 
Merchandise Defective?
As a part of Oliver's Outlet's customer service,  we will always help facilitate exchanges of defective merchandise.  All defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturers warranties and warranty policies.
